What is CANAINCA?

CANAINCA is the National Association of Processed Food , operating since July 1985.

Who Participates?

CANAINCA represents companies in Mexico engaged in the production and packaging of processed foods. It is important to note that CANAINCA is the only national organization representing this sector, since the very Law of Business Chambers and their Confederations establishes the existence of a national chamber for each industrial sector.

Industry Structure

500 years ago, Mexico unveiled to the world products originating in these lands, such as tomatoes, chili, avocado, chocolate and more. Today these processed foods are offered in many presentations. The combination of our renowned culinary tradition and wealth of raw materials harvested in our fields, has allowed Mexico to develop a major food processing industry.
